…age style. Added new collapse.js to try and add collapsible sections to landing page. Created a new body-landing-page-capella.hbs to allow for any layout changes Updated footer-scripts.hbs to try and inject new collapse.js but it's not working atm.
…from footer-scripts.hbs Created new handlebars layouts for the capella landing page to change spacing and other settings without upsetting other pages. Adding a lot more CSS to landing-page.css and adding comments to explain what the classes are doing.

To support work done in https://github.com/couchbase/docs-capella/pull/30, I made changes to the landing-page.css and added a new layout file specifically for controlling that CSS - landing-page-capella.
